Dear Thoutmes,

I am very sorry that you find my site anti French. This was the last
thing I wished to do. I have been accused by our own press of being
too fair to both sides to the point of blandness. Comments made
about the relationship between our countries are valid, as many
battles between us has proved. It was not a personal opinion. Many
neighbouring countries have the same problem. In fact, I love
France. I was there on Saturday.

Congratulations on winning the World Cup.
